Once a baseline is established, we will work together to build a program that meets both your current abilities and future goals - even if that is just to have a walking companion! We are currently offering online group fitness classes via Zoom! These upbeat 30-minute classes are focused on strength, balance, and mobility! While they are designed for our 70+ senior friends, all are welcome to join! We will offer modifications throughout the class, so that we can accommodate different fitness levels - all while playing some really fun music! All you'll need is a chair, light weights, and a towel. You won't want to miss out!
