These upbeat 30-minute classes focus on strength, balance, and mobility for our senior friends! They will consist of some weighted work, along with some mobility and balance focused movements. Class will conclude with some full body stretching - all while playing some really fun music!
Anyone is welcome! However, these classes are designed for seniors 70 years and above. We will be offering modifications throughout the workout to make moves harder/easier depending on your fitness level.
